Your wedding bouquet isn’t the only thing you can preserve from your special day. At Stag Ridge Mercantile, we love helping couples create truly one-of-a-kind keepsakes and one way to do that is by incorporating personal, meaningful elements into your pressed floral frame. We’ve had the honor of pressing thousands of wedding flowers and over the years we’ve seen some beautiful and creative additions to our frames. If you’re thinking about customizing your piece even further, here are some of our favorite ideas:

Invitations and Paper Goods - Including your wedding invitation or save-the-date is a timeless touch. Some couples choose to include just one piece, while others go all out and add their entire invitation suite. If you’re leaning toward that full look, we recommend sizing up to our largest frame to give your flowers and paper items room to breathe.
Handwritten Vows - Your vows are the heart of your ceremony, and displaying them alongside your preserved bouquet adds so much depth and emotion. Handwritten versions feel especially personal and look beautiful nestled among the blooms.
Wedding Dress Fabric - Have a swatch from your dress or veil? Adding a small piece of fabric or lace can subtly tie your frame back to your look from the day. Some customers have also included fabric from a family heirloom dress or veil, honoring generations of love and tradition.
Meaningful Charms or Jewelry - From lockets with photos of loved ones to small pendants or pins, incorporating jewelry or charms can be a thoughtful way to carry on traditions like something old, something new, something borrowed & something blue.

Endless Possibilities
We’ve seen pressed floral frames with embroidered initials, dried petals from proposal flowers and even ticket stubs from a first date. If something holds meaning for you, chances are we can find a beautiful way to include it.
